Deadline for completion of the form is October 31. Products must be new for 2026.

Due to the large number of submissions anticipated for review and the operational costs of running a program of this magnitude, we charge a SUBMISSION FEE of $200 PER PRODUCT and $10 PER FAN SUBMISSION. Submitting your product does not guarantee inclusion in the final categories.
